Outside of the gated summer season, our house is available for “long weekend” or longer stays . Check-in as early as 10am Thursday and check-out as late as 10pm Monday for $1850. This includes local taxes, final cleaning, one set of sheets for each bed, bath/beach towels, and use of our golf cart (as temperature allows). Additional nights may be added to that base long weekend rate for $250/night. This rate can apply to any 4 nights outside of the gated summer season as available. Rates may vary for holidays or special events. When booked through other channels or management, rates and amenities may differ.

Our regular direct booking rate for Summer 2027 is coming soon and will include sheets & towels for up to 16 guests, soaps, paper products, final cleaning, and local tax. When booked through other channels or management, rates and included items may differ. (For reference, our weekly rate was $4800 for Summer 2026)
2027 Summer season guests of the Treefort who book directly before March 1st, 2027 and returning 7 night guests may take 10% off of our regular weekly rate. This offer is not eligible to be combined with other special offers or discounts and can only be used when booking directly with us, thank you :)

When available, guests may add use of our golf cart for $300/week. Only licensed and insured drivers 21 or older may drive our cart.

We are happy to consider short term lease options for Fall, Winter, and Spring months. Our furnished house is ready for any season and a great place for peaceful relaxation and entertaining family and friends over the holidays. Stays of 30 days or more qualify for a substantial discount in the off-season but are subject to availability, please contact us for more information and to determine availability. Multiple month stays are eligible for further reduced rates, the longer the stay, the more negotiable the rate. Thanks for considering us!

To reserve desired dates, we must receive a booking deposit of half of the rate and a signed rental agreement; stays are officially booked when these two things are received. This can be done by email or printed rental lease and by check or online credit card payment. If you have requested a lease and a deposit form, we will tentatively hold your date during that official booking process. All stays will require a refundable security deposit of $1000 which will be returned after the stay as long as there are no damages, no extra cleaning efforts needed, and no broken policies.

These booking reservation policies are geared toward vacation stays. Monthly or multi-monthly stays will have separately negotiated security deposit and payment agreements.
