Our year-round house sleeps up to 16 guests in 5 sleeping areas: 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, and a loft. Please see our Cottage Overview and our Gallery or Sleeping Accommodations pages to get an idea of the amenities and comfortable space.

Please feel free to ask questions and, if you do, do not feel obligated to rent our house, I won’t hound you or be disappointed if you do not chose our house, I promise! I’m happy to share any wisdom I might have about renting in Lakeside, even if it isn’t with us :)

OUTSIDE OF GATED-SEASON RATE (Sept 8, 2026-May 27, 2027)

Outside of the gated summer season, our house is available for “long weekend” or longer stays . Check-in as early as 10am Thursday and check-out as late as 10pm Monday for $1850. This includes local taxes, final cleaning, one set of sheets for each bed, bath/beach towels, and use of our golf cart (as temperature allows). Additional nights may be added to that base long weekend rate for $250/night. This rate can apply to any 4 nights outside of the gated summer season as available. Rates may vary for holidays or special events. When booked through other channels or management, rates and amenities may differ.

To reserve desired dates, we must receive a booking deposit of half of the rate and a signed rental agreement; stays are officially booked when these two things are received. This can be done by email or printed rental lease and by check or online credit card payment. If you have requested a lease and a deposit form, we will tentatively hold your date during that official booking process. All stays will require a refundable security deposit of $1000 which will be returned after the stay as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning efforts needed, and no broken policies.

SUMMER GATED-SEASON RENTALS 2027
7 night stay with Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday check-in/check-out preferred, other stay durations and check-in/out days considered as available, and multi-week discounts available, please feel free to ask! :) Our regular direct booking rate is $4800/week which includes sheets & towels for up to 16 guests, soaps, paper products, final cleaning, and local tax. When booked through other channels or management, rates and included items may differ.
2027 Summer season guests of the Treefort who book directly before March 1st, 2027 and returning 7 night guests may take 10% off of our regular weekly rate. This offer is not eligible to be combined with other special offers or discounts and can only be used when booking directly with us, thank you :)

When available, Treefort guests can add use of our 4-seat 2021 golf cart for $300/week. Only licensed and insured drivers 21 years old or older may drive our golf cart.
