There are 3 “normal” bedrooms: 2 on the second floor and 1 one the third floor.
THIRD FLOOR: 1 bedroom with a king bed
SECOND FLOOR: 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds (these twin beds match and can be fastened together to create a king-like bed)
The FIRST FLOOR is a lot like its own apartment or teen/in-law suite with a front and back door, six twin beds (3 sets of bunks), a kitchenette, a full bath, a pool table, and interior stairs to the second floor (with a door at the top of the stairs for more privacy.)
There are also two common spaces that can be used for sleeping:
the first floor living room with a queen fold-out sleeper sofa
the third floor loft space with two stackable twin beds-these make a daybed when not in use and can also be easily moved to the king bedroom
