OFF-SEASON WEEKEND RATE
Outside of the summer season, our house is available for “long weekend” stays. Check-in as early as 10am Friday and check-out as late as 10am Monday for $1850. Additional nights may be added to that base rate for $200/night
Our house is comfortable year-round and can be booked for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and other holidays. Please contact us for rates and details.
For rental availability after Labor Day, please contact us. Currently, we are booking dates through the end of the year 2021. Our availability for Spring & Summer 2022 should be set around the new year.
During the gated summer season there is a 7 night minimum stay. Outside of the season there is a 3 night minimum stay.
